I have always been intrigued by the real estate market, and I am very intentional about personal development and surrounding myself with a community of like-minded professionals. I believe that education and continual growth form the foundation for successfully serving others. Furthermore, I believe in the importance of innovation, creativity, and intentional relationships with strategic thinkers. Among other entrepreneurial ventures, this path has inevitably led me into several strategic real estate investments. I am currently serving as the managing partner and real estate manager for Charlotte’s Community Room Rental.  
What is Community Room Rental?  Community Room Rental is a whole new way of approaching the rental lifestyle. It's specifically designed as a community of up-and-coming entrepreneurs, athletes, aspiring businessmen & businesswomen, and all others with goal-directed persistence. Our company gives tenants the unique opportunity to live in fully furnished, spacious, all-utilities-paid homes, and to be part of a community of engaging, like-minded professionals. Community Room Rental is a haven in contrast to the giant rental conglomerates that charge exorbitant fees for a lonely single bedroom, and it's a much better alternative to the desperate struggle of trying to find "the perfect roommate."  We help create a community where you can live with a whole "family" of like-minded growth seekers! 

I created Community Room Rental after a friend of mine and I spent several months trying to find a place to live among roommates who fit our position in life. When we realized our shared vision for living with other professionals, and we couldn’t find any place that fit what we were looking for, we decided to invest in a home together and simply create the environment we wanted. To make a long story short, 8 houses later, Community Room Rental is a successful real estate business that continues to grow rapidly.
