I have been a dynamic speaker and presenter since my early years in the financial business. Historically, many of my presentations have been focused around motivating and driving financial sales teams, and on providing them with insights about leveraging working capital management. However, I have the unique ability to go beyond education to empower and inspire listeners to dig deep, to "find their drive," and to set out for highly ambitious goals. I consistently get positive feedback on my ability to frame the success of the individual, and to leverage past success in order drive organizational and individual achievements.
I have been featured by TEXPO, The Association of Financial Professionals, The North Carolina Treasury Management Association, The World Affairs Council of Charlotte, and Habitat for Humanity Dekalb, and have spoken to many clients and groups on behalf of the Bank of America and SunTrust Bank. My ability to engage an audience makes me a great fit for nearly any type of motivational speaking opportunity. |
As a presenter, I always encourage the audience to move forward through their struggles by taking charge and being decisive, even where there is a lot of pressure and stakes are high. I continually stress the importance of being natural, human, and yes, even fun. I believe that we are considerably more productive when we enjoy the people who surround us, and when we can unite together around a single commutative purpose.
When I get in front of a group, I do exactly that. My enthusiasm and drive are contagious, and I help people unite around the purpose at hand. I have enough motivation on my own to fill a room, and I have the unique ability to help people remember why they love what they do. I don't dwell on the little things, but instead I show people the big picture and tackle the real issues at hand with strategic, tactical actions steps. My mission drives me daily to reflect on the challenges and gifts of the past that allow me keep both feet on the ground while looking up at the stars.
